These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Partybus hosted service operated by Partybus, Inc. ("Partybus", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Partybus provides a context layer for AI agents: storage, retrieval, and access over MCP and our APIs. The open-source core is separately licensed under Apache-2.0; these Terms govern the hosted service only.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and developer tokens, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Your content & ownership

You retain all rights to the data you store ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train models. You may export your content at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed per our pricing, including usage-based metered charges. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Taxes are additional.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach. On termination you may export your content for a reasonable period before deletion.

7. Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
