This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of Partybus. It is part of, and supplements, our Terms of Service.

Prohibited content & activity

Illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights.
Malware, phishing, or attempts to breach security or isolation.
Storing others' personal data without a lawful basis.
Abuse of the service to send spam or conduct fraud.
Excessive automated load designed to degrade the service for others.

Fair use & rate limits

API and MCP requests are subject to fair-use limits per plan. We may rate-limit or throttle to protect platform stability. Sustained abuse may result in suspension.
