This Privacy Policy explains how Partybus, Inc. collects, uses, and protects information when you use Partybus.
Information we collect
Account data (name, email, organization) via our identity provider; billing data via our payment processor; product usage and telemetry; and the content you choose to store.
How we use information
To provide and secure the service, process payments, communicate with you, and improve the product. We do not use Customer Content to train AI models.
Data ownership & portability
You own your content. It lives in per-tenant isolated storage and can be exported in an open format at any time. For enterprise and sovereign deployments, content can remain entirely within your own boundary.
Subprocessors
We use a limited set of subprocessors to operate the service - see our subprocessor list.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, scoped credentials, per-tenant isolation, and audit logging. Report concerns to security@partybus.ai.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR/CCPA), you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@partybus.ai.
